we used html and i was pretty confuzzled at first but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty easy to do. it involves a bunch of brackets and slashes and quotation marks and stuff, but there’s a sort of a pattern you have to follow and then you’re a pro. im sure that if you really got into it you could do some pretty wicked awesome stuff on there. it was different than qbasic but there were a few similarities and i think thats partly why i could grasp the information okay. if we hadn’t done qbasic i probably wouldn’t have done that well on the html machine. QBASIC WAS PRETTY WEIRD BECAUSE IT WAS JUST THIS LANGUAGE THAT ONLY THE COMPUTER UNDERSTOOD. I DON’T GET WHY WHOEVER DESIGNED THE ORIGINAL COMPUTER DIDN’T MAKE IT SO IT COULD UNDERSTAND PLAIN ENGLISH INSTEAD OF THAT MADE UP LANGUAGE. IT WOULD HAVE MADE IT EASIER FOR EVERYONE ELSE. IT WAS PRETTY COOL ANYWAY BECAUSE THERE’S A MILLION DIFFERENT THINGS YOU CAN DO ON IT, EVEN MAKE GAMES SUCH AS PONG. IT’S A PRETTY COOL PROGRAM. I DON’T KNOW IF IT’S ACTALLY OLD FASHIONED OR JUST MADE TO LOOK THAT WAY, BUT YOU COULD DEFINITELY TELL IT WAS PRETTY OLD SCHOOL.

my christmas holiday was dece. i didn’t really do much on christmas though, i got some guitar stuff and thats about it. i partied on new years and hung out with my friends most of the holiday. i saw sherlock holmes with my dad, and it was pretty cool.

I THINK GAME MAKER WAS A PRETTY AWESOME PROGRAM. THERE WAS TONS OF STUFF ON THERE, AND YOU COULD PROBABLY MAKE A PRETTY COMPLEX GAME ON THERE IF YOU ABSOLUTELY DEVOTED YOUR LIFE TO IT. I THINK IT WOULD BE COOL TO MAKE SOMETHING LIKE PONG ON THERE. I ONLY MADE ONE GAME BECAUSE THE TUTORIALS WERE REALLY CONFUSING FOR THE OTHER ONES, SO I JUST MADE CAPTURE THE CLOWN WHICH WAS PRETTY PIN EXCEPT I ADDED A WICKED CANUCKS BACKGROUND AND THE SONG MAHNAMAHNAH.

animoto is a pretty sick website where you put a bunch of pitures together and it does all this transition and editing stuff for you. you also pick a song, and it does the rest . it’s pretty sweet. you can do all sorts of stuff on there.
