I think that google sketchup is a very interesting program, and fun too but i dont really see how its useful for anything. if you were a architect it wouldn’t even be useful to them because you could just as easily draw something out on a piece of paper and not go through all the effort of google sketch up. it is pretty fun though, and its interesting to see all the stuff on the 3d warehouse where people obviiously have way too much time on their hands. like there’s this giant waterslide that should’ve taken about three years to make, instead the dude who made it devoted his life to it and got it done in like fourteen days or something. crazy
